Salted Cod fish Accras

This is a caribbean area. The flavor and the texture is very interesting. It's like you are eating a "fish puree"

Ingredients:

300 g flour
200 g water
200 g salted cod fish
3 eggs
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
vinegar
parsley
baking soda

Directions

Soak the salted cod fish in cold water for 12 hour.
Then, cook in water with garlic & thyme. Once cooked, allow to cool and clean the fish.
In the bowl of a mixer, place the flour. While you are mixing gradually pour 2 glasses of water.
Crumble and add the cooked fish. Add the chili, garlic, and onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then add the egg yolks and vinegar.
Just before cooking beat the egg whites. Add the beaten eggs and the baking soda to the mixture.
In a frying pan heat some oil. Scoop the mixture and cook until golden brown.
